In the cold, flowing waters of Älvdalen we cultivate rainbow trout since 1982. 

By the shore of the river Österdalälven we handle fry and watch the rainbow trout slowly grow in constant motion. Every spring we harvest the pinkish red, firm roe. Some of it is gently scooped in jars and put up for sale, some become new fish. Thereby the circle closes in our sustainable fishery.

Our finest products are labelled with the seal Oðerwilldera. In our dialect, that is out of the ordinary or better than another. Welcome to Älvdalslax.
